At Twigs and Twine, we design, create and deliver our own fresh flower arrangements, around Thurrock, Essex and some London boroughs (see below), 6 days a week. We can also arrange for flower delivery nationwide.

For same day delivery Monday to Saturday please order by 11am. Orders placed online after the cut off time and any orders placed for a Sunday delivery will be delivered the next working day. Don't worry if you miss the cut off time, give us a call and we will still try to help!
We deliver flowers from 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
We hand deliver all of our flowers locally. If nobody is home to receive them we will leave a calling card specifying whether we have left them with a neigbour, or if they have been left in a secure place at the recepients adress. If we cannot do either, we will return the flowers back to our studio where Sara will contact you to either arrange a redelivery or a collection.

Delivery charges for fresh flower arrangements delivered locally are based on the location of delivery. Please use the drop down menu during the checkout process to select the correct area for your chosen delivery address.
For click and collect orders, order online as usual and select your prefered collection date and time. An email will be sent to let you know when your order is ready for collection from our studio. Please do not arrive to collect before you have received an email as your order will not be ready.
We can arrange for hand delivery of fresh flowers to any address of your choice in the UK through the florist to florist network. To do this, simply place your order on our website or call us on 01375 271 096 and we will do the rest!
For fresh flower arrangements delivered nationally through our florist to florist network, the delivery cost is £5.95.
For orders over £100.00 delivery is free. For orders under £100.00 delivery is £5.95

Smalll non-floral products will be shipped using the Royal Mail service.
Order by 1pm for next working day delivery. Any orders placed by 1pm on a Friday, will be delivered Monday. Orders placed after 1PM on a Friday and any orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.
